Thinking of tackling the aQuellé Midmar Mile this year?

Make your race count for more – and get all the pawsitive motivation you need to keep swimming when the going gets ruff – by registering as a fundaiser for the Durban & Coast SPCA.

The aQuellé Midmar Mile weekend takes place on 8 & 9 February 2025. You need to enter to swim in any race. Then create a team* for you and your squad, nominate a pack leader (responsible for submitting proof of entry for each member and coordinating their participation) or join an existing squad. You do not have to belong to an academy/club, and you can swim together or in separate races, whichever your team members choose.

As a member of our SPCA Squad, you receive a stunning cozzie/jammer to wear on the day and during your training. Once your team is ready, we'll create your fundraising platform on our website, and you can start sharing the link to persuade friends and family to sponsor you!
